There is a kitchen/dining room, gas central heating system, double glazing throughout and fast wifi. There are two lovely parks close by with picnic tables and one has fitness machines!

Town centre, station, Waitrose, Tesco, Sainsbury and sports centre all about 5 mins walk.. Morrisons, ski and ice skating and Olympic size pool 10-15 mins walk..

Brookvale is a great neighbourhood, friendly and safe…..
There are three people in the house working in healthcare and they would prefer a female over 25 please .

Basingstoke town centres' bars theatres and restaurants are all 5 mins walk away and the Railway station (London Waterloo 45mins) is also 5 mins walk.
