This room is furnished with fast broadband and tv socket. It is on the first floor and shares a bathroom with one other person.

There is a modern kitchen/dining room, gas central heating system, all modern appliances, double glazing throughout and fast wifi. There are two lovely parks close by with picnic tables and one has fitness machines! Morrison’s is a short walk away too..

Brookvale is a great neighbourhood, friendly and safe..
There are three people in the house and they would prefer a female over 25 please .
Basingstoke town centres' bars theatres and restaurants are all 5 mins walk away and the Railway station (London Waterloo 45mins) is also 5 mins walk.
