Double room available, room is furnished with a double bed, shelf unit and chest of drawers if required, also has a large built in cupboard and wardrobe. £500 a month with all bills included, including wifi broadband. £200 deposit. The room has just been decorated and has a brand new bed Room is available now and I would prefer long term renters but all options considered.
Shared bathroom with bath and shower. Kitchen with shared washing machine, 1 fridge and 2 freezers and plenty of storage space for food, utensils etc. No shared living room. Nice natural Shared garden.
the house is always clean and tidy and would suit anybody whose standards aren’t too high. I have had lodgers living with me now for over 14 years and have had lots of long term lodgers who have been very happy here.
Currently have myself and one other lodger living here and we are both musicians. Don’t let that put you off if you are seeking peace and quiet as it is a very quite household.
It’s a one minute walk to the local shops and bus stop, with a direct route into town and bus every fifteen minutes. Local shops include fast food Indian and Chinese restaurant and also a Co op shop and a post office nearby. Stratton park is just a minutes walk away. Parking nearby available.
Non smoking household, but smokers are welcome here as I’m an ex smoker and tolerant of smokers.
