This room is for someone who needs a place Monday night to Friday morning. For example, if you work nearby during the week and head home for the weekend. Shift workers who follow a similar pattern or only need a few nights a week would also be a good fit.

A bright, quiet double room, ideal for someone looking for a calm, no-fuss base during the working week. The room has a comfortable memory foam mattress, a wardrobe and chest of drawers. I’m not looking for a full-time lodger - weekends are not included - as I like to have the place to myself when I’m off work.

You’ll have your own bedroom and the kitchen is available for basic cooking. The house is quiet and uncluttered, and I’m a low maintenance bathroom user, so very unlikely to clash.
I don’t share the living room, so I’m looking for someone who’s happy with their own space and doesn’t need a fully shared setup.

I keep things low-key at home; friendly if we cross paths, but I’m generally quiet and value my own space, so this setup probably suits someone similar.

I like to keep my home calm and secure, so I’m looking for someone trustworthy who’ll treat the place with care. Things like locking up properly and switching things off before heading out are really important to me.

The price is fixed for someone staying Monday–Friday, but I’m open to a small reduction if you’re only staying a few nights a week or doing irregular shifts.
