I have 2 x double rooms to rent in an apartment block in Chineham Basingstoke very near to the business park in a lovely, friendly neighbourhood. It’s a 2 bathroom, 2 bedroom flat with a spacious lounge and kitchen area.

Room 1 :
The room has a lovely double bed with very comfy mattress, large wardrobe and smaller wardrobe. It also has space if you wanted to bring a desk and chair or make up stand etc...

There is a also a bathroom next to your room which would be yours and it is the main bathroom of the flat! It’s very spacious with a lovely bath and waterfall shower over the bath.

Room 2 :
This room has a king size bed, large double mirrored wardrobe, chest of drawers and make up stand.
There is an en-suite with this room with a toilet and shower.

2 x private parking spaces FOC.

It’s roughly 10 minutes from Basingstoke shopping centre and train station however there are multiple supermarkets within a 5 minutes radius. I also have a small shop next to the flats.
Good for commuting to London direct trains every 5/10 mins which take roughly 50 mins.
