You will be sharing with 31 years old outgoing professional male. I am looking for someone who is social and doesn't want to party too often at home. Also someone who will be clean respectful and tidy in the shared areas and a non smoker preferred.
The rent is £800 including all utility bills and council tax. 1 month rent as deposit.
