The house is only 20 minutes' walk to the Town Centre and Railway Station.

The room comes with a small double bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe, and chest of drawers.
Price includes ALL bills, and there is fast-speed WiFi Internet access.
There are 2 bathrooms, one of which is a shower room, and there are 2 toilets. 1 toilet is separate from the shower room
There are fridges/freezers and ample storage space in both the Kitchen and Utility room.
There is some off-street parking in this room; however, this needs to be agreed upon with the landlord beforehand.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped and gives you space to store your food. We provide you with a washer/dryer machine.

Bathroom:
There are 2 bathrooms (1 is a shower room) and 2 toilets shared between the housemates.

Outside:
There is a lovely garden to the rear, where you can enjoy some peace with a cold glass of beer or wine after a hard day at work

Housemates:
The housemates are great, we have 5 other people who all work full-time.
