Both rooms are located on the 1st Floor (3 floors total) and you will have access to the large main bathroom with a bath and shower. The double room is right next to the bathroom and the King room is a few meters down the hall. Downstairs toilet also available to use if needed. Locks are fitted on all doors to keep your things secure. Wi-fi boosters throughout the house so you'll get excellent wireless signal. Lots of lighting with dimmer switches in the bedroom and SMART lighting throughout common areas which you'll have access to if you'd like. Brand new mattresses on the beds. Very large built in wardrobe in the double room and large freestanding wardrobe in the king. Plenty of extra space under bed if required. Both rooms are fully furnished with a Desk, chest of draws, mirror etc. washing machine and tumble dryer available to use.

Location:

Situated in Sherbourne St Johns next to Chineham and Old Basing and is only 5 minutes from Basingstoke Town. Tesco express is a minutes walk. 2 bus stops minutes walk away. The area is very peaceful and quiet.

Ample parking on road. There is always spaces.

Living Room has Full Sky Package. Super fast half Gigabit Broadband. Smart lights and heating etc throughout the common areas.

Overall I'm relaxed and easy going and I respect other peoples boundaries and preferences. I generally keep things clean and tidy and I ask that others do the same. I ask that others be respectful and treat my place as if it were their own. If you have that attitude I'll go out of my way to make you feel like it is. I also respect your privacy so if you're the sort of person who keeps to themselves, ill respect that. I'm equally happy to kick back and socialise when the occasion arises. Personally I like a balance between the two.

Seeking PROFESSIONALS ONLY. Current employment references and previous housing references may be required to my satisfaction, whether that be verbal or in writing. Ideally I'm looking for someone long term so a minimum stay of 3-12 months. I'm also open to weekday lodging only, so if you are away at the weekend reduced rent can be discussed. A lodging agreement will need to be signed that suits both parties. Couples are allowed but both rooms would need to be rented. Guests are only permitted with my permission. Generally I do not allow pets however there are exceptions for small, quiet ones but no dogs or cats etc. A security deposit of one months rent plus £100 and first month's rent is required prior to moving in.
