I am a live in landlord so I will be present living in the property. I work weekdays 12pm -8pm, so somebody who works different hours would be ideal as we wouldn't be in each others way as often, although this is not a necessity. I would say I'm a very tidy and quiet person, who likes to keep my flat free of clutter so a likeminded person would be ideal.
There is no additional parking for 2 cars as my car proceeds to take up the single allocated space each flat is entitled too. There is some additional parking down Wella road or spaces located at the adjacent 'park heights' building where there are no allocated spaces at present.
The departing tennant is female who has lived here for nearly 2 years. Reference from the current tennant is available upon request if required.
