Large double room-shared bathroom

Large double room available in a 5-bedroom house in Popley from February or March. We are a group of working professionals around 30 years old and we rent the house together as a group, meaning everyone is equally responsible for the property, communal areas, and bills. We are looking for a respectful professional of a similar age who values a calm and quiet home, especially at night.

The house has a nice shared kitchen, you will have your own cupboard space. We have a fridge and freezer plus a washing machine and dryer. The bathroom is shared with two other people. We are friendly but not a party house and respect each other’s rest and privacy. We keep the house clean, and we also have a weekly cleaner who looks after the communal areas and bathroom. Parking is free on the street, and the house has two private parking spaces.

Rent is £440 per month. Bills are fixed at £119 per month year-round (covering council tax, gas, electricity, internet, and cleaning fee). Water is currently around £16 per person, but we will be moving to a fixed water payment in the next few months. This makes the total around £575 per month.
