Double Bedroom in existing Shared House

The house is in a quite cul-de-sac in Basingstoke Town Centre. It's a Victorian terrace and very homely.

For rent is the main bedroom with one additional tenant.
The Room will not be let on a first come first served basis, but based on the view of the existing tenant following a viewing of the house.

The property is not let through an agency, that means for any problems you'll have a direct line to the landlord and issues will be dealt with quickly.
There is some expectation to take the initiative to keep the house in good shape and look after it in return, nothing out of the ordinary though.

There are no hidden fees or additional charges / taxes etc. The price is what you will pay each month, this includes Wifi, all energy / water / gas, council tax. Plus there is free Netflix on the telly.

Basingstoke train station is a 12 minute walk away. It's 5 minutes walk to Morrisons and there are lots and lots of shops within a walk or short drive. All this while the house is in an enclosed area, no through traffic and parks on both ends of the road.

The house has a garden that can be played with within reason.
