About the Flat & Your Room
This is a lovely first-floor flat with 9-foot high ceilings, which give the whole place a wonderful sense of space.
Furnishing:

The flat is part-furnished. Communal areas are fully set up. Only the bedroom comes unfurnished, giving you the freedom to bring your own bed and furniture.

The Household Setup: There are three bedrooms in total. You will be sharing with only two other professional tenants, making it a quiet, comfortable three-person household.

The Bedroom: A small double room measuring 2.7m x 2.6m.

The Bathroom: You will only share the bathroom (which features a full bath) with one other person.

Extra Storage: The stairs leading up to the flat are wide and spacious, providing handy space for long-term storage if needed.

Household & House Rules
The current two professional tenants are very laid-back and easy-going. They are aged 41 and 42. One has a teenage son who will also be at the property. They are looking for a nice, respectful person reasonably close to their ages to join their peaceful home. Would suit a medical professional due to close proximity to the hospital.
A DBS check would be beneficial but is not mandatory.

Key Requirements: Must be a non-smoker. Strictly no pets allowed.

The Main Rule: Keep things quiet and respectful during the late evenings and nighttime. Very respectful of the neighbours below and nearby.
Guests: Occasional visits from friends or a partner are welcome.
