2 double rooms available in large house

Hi, I have two large double rooms available in a tidy, friendly shared house. All bills included.

Room 1:
Double room approx 11ft x 11ft on ground floor. Wardrobe, draws under bed, side table, full length mirror

Room 2:
Large double room in attic 16ft x 11ft. Double bed. Built in wardrobes, chest if draws.

The house has a spacious kitchen/diner with all modern appliances, including a double oven, 6-ring hob, 8kg washing machine, separate dryer and American-style fridge freezer. There is also a downstairs toilet and a large, comfortable sitting room.
The location is excellent – just a 5-minute walk to the town centre and train station.
The housemates are friendly, respectful professionals who have lived in the house for some time. Upstairs there are two shared bathrooms: one with a bath and toilet and another with a shower. One bedroom has its own en-suite, so the main bathrooms service a max for 4 tenants.
The house has a large boiler, so there is always plenty of hot water, as well as high-speed Wi-Fi.
Overall, it’s a lovely, well-maintained house in a great location with a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
