I am looking for someone to replace me in my tenancy at 34 Rusell Road. (References required)

I currently live with a 22 year old professional flatmate, who is working in the area on a fixed-term until September 2027. He is a friendly, quiet, clean flatmate who is very easy to live with.

The flat contains a shared living-room, kitchen, and balcony. The room itself is a spacious double-room, with an ensuite, and has direct access to the balcony.

Current move-in date would be 24th November, though earlier may be possible.
