There is a shared kitchen & shared bathroom.
We set the rent at £575 per calendar month for the 2 rooms.
Our property is suitable for individuals who are long term claimants of DSS benefits / Housing benefit who are over 35 years of age because our rent is set at the rate for 1 bed LHA, this makes it ‘free’ for individuals who fit the criteria. For interested individuals claiming benefits we do require the security of direct payment.
Our property is suitable for professionals of course but you need to be comfortable sharing with others from a range of backgrounds.
