A tidy house has been fully refurbished with a new boiler and heating system, a washing machine with dryer, a dish washer, and a back garden. Nice and warm in winter.

Room just refreshed and painted; brand new kitchen; second full bathroom coming soon.

Wireless Super-fast Broadband Virgin Gig1 Fibre Broadband (1Gbps).

Big wardrobe and a single European-size bed (200 x 90 cm). Good mattress and cover.

Walking distance from the train station/town centre (10/15 minutes), three shops, a post office near by, a bus stop, and plenty of street parking spaces.

Firm bed (200 x 90 European sizes) with two drawers, a bedside table with two or three draws, and a lamp. PC desk and a chair.

A new wardrobe with a mirror with plenty of space for one person and a room-door key locker.

Share a bathroom with a big walk-in shower and a
 cloakroom downstairs.(soon shower as well)

2 kitchens with gas hobs, microwaves, 3 ovens, extractor fans, and a door leading to the back garden.

Massive storage for dry food and an American fridge/freezer. 

Weekly professional cleaning service for shared areas. 
Ozone machine sterilisers are available.
