House has dedicated study room, plenty of space and required furniture if you like to read books, or study or if you work from home occasionally.

This house is NOT suitable for smoking, pets, party, and outside visitors.

As house member you are expected to leave common areas such as kitchen & toilets in clean, tidy state as you would expect for yourself. Respect and be considerate of other fellow housemates. There are shared responsibilities such as replace BIN bag as and when required.

House comes with access to garden, high speed Wi-Fi, Washing Machine, microwave, water softener, and dishwasher.
