The room is for single female occupancy with no overnight visitors due to the fact that my wife or adult daughter sometimes stay at the house alone. Sharing kitchen only with 1 mature male lodger who lives in a self contained granny annex with its own bathroom, you therefore have sole use of family bathroom. The room is comfortably furnished with TV, desk and chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers etc plus internet access. Access to family kitchen with washing machine, dryer, oven, micro-wave, fridge, kettle, toaster and cutlery/crockery etc. There is also a downstairs living/TV room for this guest’s use if desired, and access to a large sunny garden, driveway parking in safe Kempshott area. Close to Tesco Express/shops/Chinese takeaway.
