We are looking for a friendly person to join us in our house.

It’s a respectful house we all enjoy each other’s company. Sometimes at meal times, we have a sit down and have a chat about our day, play the odd board game, watch a bit of TV on the sofa or have a talk during the evenings. However, we also all respect if people want their own personal time and space.

We can offer a spacious lounge area, two modern bathrooms, complete kitchen facilities, off road parking and a beautiful back garden. We are also lucky to have a weekly cleaner that we all contribute too.

Would suit young AWE Apprentice or a Newly qualified teachers, engineers or any other professionals.

Housemate 1 - A young at heart 37 year old, Enjoys art & design, yoga, relaxation, spa days, countryside pursuits polo/horses and the farm. Loves ski holiday 🎿 and sunshine.

After you have viewed the room, if you like the house and would like to reserve a space you will be required to pay a holding deposit - As a retainer to secure rent on the room for 6 months or 1 year.


£500 damages deposit prior to moving in.
The Deposit is refunded and the end of the 6 or 12 month lodging.
