It s a quiet relaxing home environment.

The en suite double bedroom: faces a copse full of trees. The king size bed is very comfortable it has a pocketed spring mattress. There is plenty of storage in the fitted wardrobes, and there is a flat screen TV. The room has a lovely outlook to the copse of trees in front of the house. The room is not overlooked by other houses.

Available in a modern townhouse in a quiet corner opposite a copse of trees. It is a very peaceful area perfect for someone who is looking for quietness, peace, calm, and a clean tidy, homely living environment. It is perfect for relaxing in at the end of your workday. It is in a secluded part of Chineham situated on a private road.

You would be living with a friendly, professional woman and another lodger. It is quiet and we like our own space mainly.( it is not a shared house it is my home).

The living room can be used for these occasional chats together otherwise it is mainly my office and living space. The kitchen has a breakfast bar for eating your meals.

It's easy walking distance to The Hampshire court Hotel, shopping centre with Tesco, M & S food store, boots, and a few more shops. There is a regular bus service to Basingstoke town centre and train station, and lovely walks around old basing village, which is not far. The train station is a 10-minute drive away, The M3 is about a 10minute drive away, and the M4 is about a 20 minute drive depending on traffic. etc.

Chineham Business Park off Crockford Lane, Kingsland Business Park off Wade Road, and Businesses in Lutyens close is walkable or a few mins in the car. The Basingstoke centre is about 10 minutes by car and 50 minutes to walk. The BMI Hampshire clinic. is around a 5 minute drive.
