Double , Ensuite Double & Single room in a friendly mindful house hold for a Professional for Single occupancy for full time or would suit Monday to Friday option. On a long term basis.

All Bills Included. Weekly cleaning, of common areas and bedrooms , use of tea towels, hand soap, washing up liquid also included .

Cleaning and tidying up after ones self in common areas you use is essential.

Peaceful environment set in a townhouse it is nestled in a quiet corner in a peaceful area perfect for someone who is looking for quietness, peace, and calm, living environment. It is perfect for relaxing in at the end of your workday. It is on the edge of Chineham and old Basing situated on a private road.

You would be living with a friendly, mindful professional woman and one other lodger 3 of us all together. It is as quiet here, but you can be social as much or as little as you wish.

It is not a party or shared house it is a home environment. The living room is my office and living space, but the door is open for chats etc as and when. The kitchen has a breakfast bar for cooking and eating your meals. It is our hub for catching up with each other.

There is a small provision for a bike, storage of boxes/suitcases in the garage.

The small double room: Is available now.
It has a very comfortable double size bed pocketed spring mattress which is a few years old. There is Fitted wardrobes with plenty of fitted shelfs. There is 2 bed side cupboards and a smart TV. The room is at the back of the house and shares the bathroom with one other room.

The small single room: is available now.
It has a 2 year very comfortable single bed pocketed spring mattress. There is fitted wardrobes and under the bed storage plus a TV on the wall. It has a view of the back garden and shares a bathroom with one room.

The ensuite double: Is available from the 5th April.
Ensuite double room: It faces a copse full of trees and the odd squirrel and other wild life to look out for from your window. The king size bed is very comfortable it has a pocketed spring mattress. There is plenty of storage in the fitted wardrobes, and there is a flat screen TV. The room has a lovely outlook to the copse and is not overlooked by other houses.
