It is about a 5-minute walk to Highfield Campus, and 10 minutes to the University library, gym/swimming pool and Boldrewood Campus, and 3 minutes to the shopping areas.
The room is well furnished and in very good condition, and bills will be shared among the 4 housemates (the other three are quiet and friendly Chinese PhD and MSc students).
