The room is a spacious, fully furnished double bedroom with plenty of natural light. It comes equipped with a double bed, build in wardrobe, chest of drawers, and additional storage, making it easy to move straight in. There’s also a desk if you work from home or need a dedicated study area.

You’ll be sharing with three other girls (all professionals, aged 23–26), who are friendly, sociable, and easy to live with. They enjoy staying active through hiking and running, as well as heading to the pub or spending time together in the evenings watching films. But everyone also respects each other’s space and enjoys their own space, so it’s a good balance between a social and independent household.

The house itself is spacious and well maintained, with a comfortable shared living room, two bathrooms, and a large kitchen equipped with all the usual amenities, including a fridge, washing machine, dish washer, and plenty of storage. There’s also a lovely garden that catches the evening sun.

Rent is £545 per month, including all bills. The property comes with one dedicated parking space, as well as free on-street parking. It’s conveniently located within walking distance of the Common and a range of local shops and amenities.
