House share - Room to rent

The room is a spacious, fully furnished double room with plenty of natural light. It comes equipped with a double bed, chest or draw's and a large wardrobe, making it easy to move straight in.

You will be sharing with three other girls (all professionals aged between 23 to 26), who are friendly, sociable and easy to live with. They enjoy staying active through running and going to the gym, as well as heading to the pub or spending time together in the evening watching films. Everyone also respects each others space making it a good balance between a social and independent household.

The house itself is spacious and well maintained, with a comfortable shared living room, two bathrooms, and a large kitchen equipped with all the usual amenities including a fridge freezer, dish washer, and washing machine/ dryer. There is also a lovely garden that catches the evening sun as well as a secure bike shed.

Rent is £540 a month including all bills. The property comes with one dedicated parking space as well as free on street parking. It's conveniently located within walking distance to the common and a range of local shops and amenities.
