Modern family home in lovely rural location, close to amenities and 4 miles from motorway and railway station. Easy access to Southampton, Portsmouth, Winchester and Eastleigh. Public transport links to Fareham and Winchester, but you would ideally need access to your own vehicle due to the rural location.

Ideally looking for a professional person to share my home. Mon - Fri let would be considered.

I have one dog (occasionally 2!) and a horse (not resident!) so you must be ok with animals. The area is perfect for dog walkers and I would be happy to have a lodger that does have a dog, as long as it’s friendly with other dogs.

Bishops Waltham is a lovely, quiet, friendly community - bars and restaurants 10 minutes walk away.
