Short Term Let Lovely 2 Bed With Friendly Pets

Double room in quiet home – 3 month let (with option to stay longer)

Recently decorated spare room available in my lovely two-bedroom home.

I’m a friendly, quiet lecturer at the University of Winchester and live with two house cats (13) and a 3-year-old cocker spaniel, so you’ll need to be a genuine pet lover (pets aren’t allowed in the bedroom).

The room has a comfortable double trundle bed (pulls out to full double), desk and chair, and two chest of drawers.

You’ll have shared access to a large kitchen, bathroom, and enclosed garden. Use of the living room/conservatory can be discussed. This is a room let rather than the whole house.

Includes: dishwasher, washing machine, freezer + fridge space.

Location: great access to country park, Hobbycraft & garden centre nearby, easy drive to city centre and Park & Ride.

Parking: on-road, quiet dead-end street.
I’m looking for someone quiet and respectful. I’d prefer no overnight guests and minimal visitors.
