Lovely 2 bed semi detached with friendly pets

My lovely two bedroom home has a newly decorated spare room with very comfy double trundle bed (the bed in the picture pulls out to be a full sized double). There is also now a desk and chair in the room.

I have a large kitchen, garden, share bathroom and we can negotiate use of the living room and conservatory - this is a room let rather than house. There is a dishwasher, freezer, fridge space and washing machine.

If you are a student the university is 15mim walk then a 5min bus ride.

Locally I am perfectly located as I am fifteen mins walk from a country park (and Hobbycraft and a garden centre!), 20mins drive to city centre. Up the M3 to Winchester park and ride is 20mins! Please note I am the other side of the city from the hospital.

I am a quiet, friendly lecturer at Winchester university with two housecats (aged 12) and a busy cocker spaniel puppy aged 1 who goes to work with me! I work half at work and half at home.

I will happily leave you to it but will say hello and you are welcome to join me in the large shared kitchen. I have a small back garden that is enclosed and there is on the road parking but it is in a dead end so no through traffic.

I would prefer someone quiet and not to have anyone (partners, friends) stay overnight or visit often.
