The TV wall has a 55inch UHD tv. Everything you see in the photos is included in the room, but if you have your own stuff, no problem, I can take things out.

The wardrobe is 2.4m tall and has plenty of storage. There is also storage space in drawers under the bed.

The shared kitchen / diner is also very large with plenty of cupboard space. There is a really cosy shared dining area with a TV so you can watch TV in the background why you cook!

There is also a shared bathroom with toilet, bath and powerful shower.

Broadband is super fast and reliable - up to 500mg.

The other 2 rooms are let to professionals, who are both absolutely lovely. One has lived there for nearly 7 years and one for 5.5 years.

The flat has a very friendly and laid back vibe.

The location is superb - it is actually above a row of shops on Bitterne precinct, that has Sainsbury’s, Pure Gym, Dominos etc within a few hundred yards.

It is £850 per month, so £1,700 including the deposit to get the keys.

This includes all bills, so electric, council tax, water rates, TV license, broadband and buildings insurance (not contents).
