A comfortable and bright double room in a lovely terraced house facing Riverside Park in Bitterne Park. Extemely close to the M27/M3 with quick and easy access to both Southampton Airport and Southampton Parkway Train Station. Local shops can be found in Bitterne Park Triangle, which is further along the road, and the house is a short drive (or 30-minute walk) to Portswood where two larger supermarkets can be found. For non-drivers, there are regular bus services into the city centre, and to the University and Southampton Airport.
Please note the house does not have a TV and, if you want to livestream, you will need to purchase your own TV licence.
Ideally looking for someone who needs a home Monday to Friday but am willing to be flexible for the right person.
