One double room with a double bed. Bedding is provided and washed weekly. Parking and garage use within reason. Happy to discuss requirements. I have a cat and a 3 year old. He’s in bed by 7 and up as early as 6 without waking through the night unless unwell. Property has ample parking. And an enclosed back garden. Smokers welcome but outside Only.
