En-Suite Room Available (Fawley Contractors)

Available now. We have a room available to rent, perfect for those working at Fawley Refinery. It’s a 5-10 minute drive to the refinery, depending on the gate, and is located just off the forest.

No off-road parking is provided, but the road is very quiet, and previous tenants have had no issues. The room comes with a king-size bed, Large Smart TV, walk-in cupboard space, and a small private en-suite with a large shower.

Please note, this is for the en-suite room only— other spaces like the living room are not included. You can use the kitchen for cooking, with your own fridge/freezer and cupboard space provided. We ask that you keep it tidy, leaving it as you found it, with washing-up done and put away.

A very friendly Labrador lives in the property, so you’ll need to be comfortable with dogs.

Rent is due on arrival, then weekly on the same day for as long as you stay (including weeks you’re away if you want to secure the room). We require one week’s notice if you’re leaving, and we’ll give the same if the room becomes unavailable.
