House mates wanted

2 rooms are available either together or separately in large 4 bedroom house only built in 2024 so lovely and modern.

My house is 2 miles from the beach and 2 minutes walk from the New Forest so will suit someone who is outdoorsy. The house has a lovely large shared bathroom and 2 other en-suite bathrooms plus a downstairs toilet. Large lounge and kitchen diner which opens out to a good size enclosed rear garden.

Must love small dogs as I have a small cavalier King Charles called Pixie who is the lady of the house.

I had lodgers in my last house, both females around 30 years old and I loved having the company and seemed to get on well with both of them.

I work at the University of Southampton and have done for the last 8 years. I find the commute there not too much of an issue since moving here from the city centre.

Bills are not included and will be approx £200 per month per room/person for council tax, water, electric. Subject to reasonable use.
