Double Room available, Shared Bathroom, Bordon

Bright, spacious double room available in a modern, well-presented home in Bordon. Currently shared with myself (homeowner) and one existing lodger.
The room comes with a small double bed, wardrobe, and desk — furnishings can be adjusted to suit your needs if you'd like to bring your own pieces or get some from garage.
The main bathroom is shared with one other male lodger. Kitchen and lounge are also shared, and I do expect these to be kept clean and tidy after use.
This is a quiet, smoke-free, pet-free home with no parties. Professionals welcome.
A signed lodger licence agreement is required, along with satisfactory references and ID checks before move-in. Keys must be kept secure at all times and not shared or duplicated.
