The property is situated in the beautiful historic village in Botley.

It is a lovely Farmhouse that boasts good size rooms, parking and a garden.

Its a 10 minute walk into the village centre and a 10 minute drive to the nearest train station and a bus stop just round the corner.

Monthly fee includes: Council tax, Utilities, Water.

We are a property guardian company, so you will be living in the property under a licence agreement. This means that your notice period is a minimum 4 weeks. We only accept working professionals, 21 and over, to secure our properties ― no children or pets are allowed in the building.

We require documentation from you to apply to become a guardian. These include:

- bank statement
- payslips / proof of employment
- photo ID
- An employers reference (phone, email or letter)

We require the following payments from you to secure a room:

- £350 deposit
Monthly fee is payable in advance by the day before you move in.

- DSS
- Housing benefit
- Children
- Pets
