With clever use of space saving furniture, the studio is Ideal for a professional or a couple. (Please note that there is an extra charge of £60 per week for couples). The studio is mostly suitable for temporary accommodation, and is typically used by home movers, however longer stays are welcome. There is plenty of parking space and a storage shed available if required.

The studio provides full facilities including Hob, Oven/ Microwave Oven, Toaster, Kettle, Washer/Dryer, Dish Washer, Water Softener and TV.

All bills are included, with unlimited Broadband, heating, water and electricity.

Winchester, Alresford and Petersfield are accessible via public transport (Except Sundays) on Bus Route 67, the bus stop is near the property on the main A272 Road.

There are great walking opportunities nearby at Bramdean Falls, which is within the South Downs National Park. This lovely property gives the perfect opportunity to explore the local area, there is even a pub less than a 10-minute walk away.

There is so much to see and do, with the cathedral city of Winchester being only 9 miles away, and various pretty villages including West Meon, Alresford and East Meon also nearby. Nearby National Trust Hinton Ampner House and Gardens is a delightful place to visit and the grounds are great for walking, with 4 miles of trails and 200 hectares of woodland and parkland. Within easy reach are the glorious South Downs, great for walking in and the Queen Elizabeth Country Park.
