Double room in Brockenhurst

I have a large double bedroom for rent in my HMO situated in the centre of Brockenhurst. The room is suitable for a single person or a professional looking for week day stays. We currently have a mix of male and female residents. No pets allowed.
The bathroom is shared with 3 other residents, and Kitchen is shared with all residents.
The room is fully furnished with a double bed, chests of drawers and large wardrobe.
The bathroom has a bath, shower, basin and toilet.
The kitchen has all facilities used by all residents. We have a small outdoor area for relaxation. This is a no smoking building.
All utility bills and council tax are included within the rent but not a TV license.

The house is fitted with a comprehensive fire alarm system that is tested regularly. please be aware, that you are housed on the first floor, so you need to be able to use stairs without any aids.

The house is located in the heart of the New Forest with great shops next door for all your grocery shopping. It is also a 10 minute walk from the major train station, so most trains stop here and there is a bus service. Car Parking is also available in the village.
