I am happy to do 7 days a week let for the price mentioned or I am happy to look at a Monday to Friday Let for a reduce rate - happy to discuss.

A lovely country location a Female professional tenant (preferred)

The photos show unicorn wall paper, but the room is about to be fully repainted top to bottom (unless you want unicorn wall paper :-)

About the Property

Convenient access to the A31, M27, Bournemouth, Poole, Wimborne, Ringwood, and Bournemouth Airport, A35 and only 25 minutes to Southampton.

The room includes:

• A very comfortable bed (with bedding included if required).The bedframe pulls up so loads of storage underneath

• Big window for natural light - no street lights or noise at night

• A TV can be provided and desk for relaxation and productivity - they can also be removed depending on your requirements

• Built in wardrobe

• Access to bathroom with power shower and roll top bathtub (plus separate downstairs toilet).

• Off road parking

• Brand new kitchen, so looking for a clean and tidy housemate I live with my 8 year old daughter,

• I do look after dogs (dog boarding) and I work from home. So the love of dogs is a must (sorry no pets for tenants)

• Large garden space with garage for storage of bikes/kayaks etc

• Shared bathroom upstairs, downstairs WC, living room and separate dining room.

• We live in Burley so no public transport, village location, tranquil and peaceful being in the heart of the forest (4 miles from Ringwood)
