It features a modern open plan vibe with a large communal kitchen/social space with two entrainment/relaxation areas with one opening out into the rear courtyard perfect for summer gatherings; behind this there is a secondary larger grass space which features a fully conditioned/heated outhouse for working or fitness.

The house features modern amidites with a high spec kitchen, centrally controlled heating with an underfloor element, good quality TV's/speakers and WI-FI.

There is a driveway for off-street parking and access to local Bursledon station which is only a 20min walk / 7min cycle. Access to the M27 is great, mainly avoiding heavy rush hour traffic going into Hamble.

It is also walking distance from a gym, local stores and some great pubs and bars. Namely the Jolly Sailor and the Boathouse.

We are an active household, open to likeminded people! Always keen for house activities, but also respectful of personal time. Both occupants travel for work (Professional sailor & engineer).

Happy with either solo or couples, if a couple then inc bills rental is £900 PCM.
