Would be willing hyo compromise on rent if will to take some responsibility with the dog.
Looking for someone tidy, current housemate has his daughter at weekends so not looking for the place to be a party house. What you do is up to you but have to be mindful that children will be present in the house at times.
The property has two sitting rooms if you wish to chill out on your own and has several fridges parking etc.
