Room available

I currently rent out 2 rooms, which i have been doing for over 10 years. Both tenants are female - i always preferred females because my daughters would often stay. However they are now 16 & 17 and have opted to increasingly stay at their mum's. I am now looking to additionally rent one of their rooms for single occupancy.

You will share the bathroom (photographed) with one other tenant.

There is a nice garden and we are close to the New Forest.

I'm a Police Officer juggling working shifts which means i need a quiet environment. I am also away quite a lot.

The house is well decorated, safe, quiet and clean. I need somebody respectful who 'fits in' and does not need tidying up after...

It's a short walk from bus routes 11&12 into Southampton and a non-smoking house.

Because of my teenage daughters, I'm going to be quite fussy about who I let live here. Females would be preferred but a male with a suitable profession would be considered. I think the price is extremely good value - this is so that I can be choosy for the best tennant, not because there is anything wrong with the house.

These prices include all bills/washing machine, drier and use of broadband wifi. There is parking on the driveway for your car.
