Room available in quiet & relaxed house.

I currently rent out 3 rooms, which i have been doing for over 10 years. I currently have availability for the single room.

You will share the bathroom (photographed) with one other tenant.

There is a nice garden and we are close to the New Forest.

The house is well decorated, safe, quiet and clean. I need somebody respectful who 'fits in' and does not need tidying up after...

It's a short walk from bus routes 11&12 into Southampton and a non-smoking house.

These prices include all bills, washing machine/drier and use of fast broadbandw. Unfortunately all the parking spaces are taken.
