Two rooms available in a peaceful, quiet culdesac

I am opening my home to two professionals who like me, like their own space but at the same time are considerate, of other members personal privacy and space too.
I work from my annexe and am a mature student. I can therefore be quite preoccupied in my own thoughts during day time when in the house.
Together I would like us to come together( depending on your preference)to shared spaces like kitchen/diner, living room and the garden for some social time, a good laugh and basic structure. We, each take joint responsibility to keep it to a functional standard so that we could return back to a relaxing, comfortable and tidy home. Both lodgers would have their common access to own family bathroom. There’s a downstairs toilet too.
The house is nestled in a beautiful leafy part of Hiltingbury in Chandlers Ford with easy access to M3 /M27 /A3090 for Winchester/ Southampton / Eastleigh /Romsey.
