We are a professional family looking for an employed professional to rent our loft room on a Monday to Friday basis only. Must be a non-smoker. large modern bathroom shared with 1 person. We have Broadband and Freesat TV access in the room, which is furnished with a single bed and newly decorated.
Our house is under a mile from the M3, close to local shops and public transport access. On route to IBM Hursley, B&Q, Aviva and the University.
There is parking in the close directly in front of the house or on the drive if free. The close is very quiet. Use of kitchen to prepare light meals. Resident dog and cat who are limited to ground floor only.
