The room is furnished - double bed, wardrobe and bedside table provided along with extra storage space.

Shared living area, bathroom and kitchen. Access to a communal garden (shared with 4 other flats), an allocated parking space along with visitor parking too.

The property is conveniently located to the local amenities (shop and pharmacy) being less than a minute walk away. Chineham Shopping facilities are a 5 minute drive away. Easy access to the M3 and M4

Available as a 7-day per week let or Monday-to-Friday option (open to discussion)

Bills are included (may be reviewed depending on gas and electricity usage)
