Lovely bright room for rent in a clean quiet house

Hi everyone,

My names Callum and I live with my girlfriend Hannah in a lovely, clean and quiet 3 bed house in Clanfield.

We are looking to have a lodger move in ASAP to help cover bills etc, my last lodger has moved out and the room is all ready to go, made spotless for the next interested person!

We are young and mature people, we like to keep a clean house and we are happy to have anyone who shares our values!

The room would be best suited to a working professional, someone easygoing, polite and clean.

You would have access to the whole house not just the room (obviously excluding private bedrooms) including:

Shared kitchen (with fridge and cupboard space, pots and pans, plates, cutlery etc all supplied by myself)

Shared bathroom (very clean, shower + bath)

Living room

Garden (patio area, lots of sun during the day, hot tub)

Utilities (dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer)

Main road parking

You would be sharing a home with me and my girlfriend so I must reiterate we need somebody clean and respectful, preferably working.

The room is available at £750 pcm with a £750 deposit. (Open to offers)

Comes equipped with:

Chest of drawers

Comfortable bed and mattress, duvet, pillows. (Further bedding to be provided by yourself)

Television

I am happy for anyone moving in to decorate/furnish their room how they see fit bar painting.

Overall, we are a friendly young couple in a lovely quiet and clean house/road, looking for a working professional to fill one of our rooms. We are happy to have anyone any age who shares our values and is clean & respectful. The house is very clean and tidy and we look forward to hearing from you.
