Private Three-Room Suite, En-Suite, Bills inc.

We are a busy, active family of five, with children aged 12, 17 and 20, looking for a friendly and considerate person to rent a spacious three-room private area within our newly refurbished Victorian family home.

The downstairs accommodation comprises:

- A private living room measuring 4.5 m × 2.5 m, with Wi-Fi, a TV aerial socket, data ports, Amazon Prime and Netflix.
- A separate bedroom measuring 3.5 m × 2.5 m, furnished with a queen-sized bed, wardrobe and desk.
- A private en-suite bathroom measuring 2.5 m × 2.5 m, with a shower.

The accommodation is conveniently situated near the front door. You will also have shared access to our family kitchen, kitchen equipment and utility room, as well as your own separate fridge/freezer. Some additional storage may be available in our loft or shed.

The house has a large private garden and is situated on a quiet, unadopted lane, with off-road parking. We are close to the centre of Colden Common and its local amenities. The village has convenient access to the M3 and a direct bus service to Winchester.

Council tax, Wi-Fi and all other household bills are included.

We have a friendly family dog, so you will need to be comfortable living with a dog in the household. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any additional pets.

We would consider either a five-day or seven-day-per-week arrangement and are looking for a student or working professional.
