Friendly household requires new lodger. Single room available to rent from 13/03/26 High speed Toob wi-fi secure internet access . Room is carpeted and furnished with a bed, built in wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside unit. You will have full use of a shared bathroom and kitchen. Also includes use of the cooking and washing facilities. The house is within walking distance of Port Solent/ Tesco/ Portchester/QAH/IBM/Pall situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. 15 min walk to Portchester railway station and within 100 yards of bus stops if required. Rent includes bills for gas, electricity, water. Receipt of deposit secures the room. Any further clarification required of details or a viewing ,please contact me. After a minimum 3 months occupancy, 1 months notice will be required.
Respectful, professionals preferred. Strictly no smoking/ vaping in the house. A holding deposit of £100 is required to secure the room( goes towards your first month's rent of £475 on occupancy) and a further £300 tenancy deposit( refundable on leaving without damages )
