A double room avaialble in a modern 3 bed house. I live here with my well behaved son. Street parking is always available. Monday to Friday ONLY. Not available Friday and Saturday night, room isnt used on these days, we just want the weekends to oursleves. Comes with double bed, bedside table and wardrobe. Female flatmate wanted who is clean and tidy and has references, no partners. The lounge and our bedrooms are private rooms for me and my son, all other rooms are shared and free to use including garden and dining room. Reasonable bills included except groceries etc
