I am a live-in landlord. However, I am often away many days a week and returning on some weekends. Given my travels and lifestyle, you will have the entire house for most of the time to share with the other existing female lodger, with access to shared living rooms, a kitchen, dining and of course full use of the garden. Ample off-road parking is available on the driveway.

The three-bedroomed house is beautifully looked after and has a calm feel about it, being adjacent to the Lordswood in the rear garden.

Walking distance (20 minutes) to the Southampton University Hospital. The Xelabus (X11) bus stops in front of the property.
