Comfortable king sized bed, close to Fawley within 3km, for those contracting! Room only basis!!

10 minutes into Southampton and surrounding areas easy commuting distance.

Local superstore 5 minute walk. Off road parking 5 minute walk to recreation centre./gym/swimming pool and sauna. Hythe village and marina 1 mile. The New Forest is half a mile and a municipal golf course down the road with views over the Solent.

All I ask is you’re clean, tidy and leave things how you find them., respectful, a non-smoker, no vaping indoors and professionally employed.

The room consists of a comfy king-sized bed double mirrors wardrobes and draws, fully furnished, sky hd and Netflix in the room.

£50 key deposit paid as soon as the key is returned at end of rental.

1 week in advance upfront rent - this is paid on time weekly. The last weeks rent is served as notice.
