Hi, I’m offering a comfortable Monday–Friday (or Sunday PM–Friday AM) room, ideal for a working professional looking for a relaxed and well-kept weekday base.
The room is a good-sized double and features a very comfortable sofa bed, along with shelving and hanging space for storage.
The house is clean, bright and well maintained, with fibre broadband, modern conveniences and access to a garden. It’s situated in a pleasant residential area, close to a main bus route and around a 30-minute walk to the train station and QA Hospital.
This is a weekday let, but occasional weekend stays can be arranged by agreement. You’re also welcome to leave your belongings in the room over the weekend.
An optional bedding and room cleaning service is also available for an additional cost, if required.
I’m looking for a professional who is clean, respectful and easy to live with.
