Hi! I have a lovely double room available in my home, and I'm looking for someone who's friendly, respectful, and looking for a peaceful place to stay.

I'm easygoing and enjoy a peaceful, clean home where everyone is considerate of each other's space. The room is fully furnished with a small double bed with storage, a desk, bedside table and built in wardrobe. You'll have access to the shared kitchen, bathroom, and living areas, along with Wi-Fi and all the usual essentials. All of which is only shared with myself.

I'd love to find someone who's tidy, reliable, and happy to be part of a relaxed household. Someone who is happy to watch a movie together every now and then but is also happy with their own space.

The house is located in central Eastleigh, walking distance to local shops and the train station. There is a parking permit available to buy if required.
