Double bedroom and Snug - Monday to Friday ONLY

This is a MONDAY to FRIDAY let, so please carefully read my advert so that we don’t waste anyone’s time. I will only consider tenants who have a main home elsewhere. Referencing will be sought beforehand, verifying employment.

I have a double bedroom and a snug available to rent (they come together, although separate rooms between the bathroom). The bedroom has recently been decorated and re-carpeted with all new linen, pillows, duvet, towels, etc. overlooking the back garden.

It is available from Monday to Friday for a professional person. Sorry, no working from home during the day.

BEDROOM: Double bed, bedside table with lamp. TV on wall with Netflix and Prime. Double wardrobe and dressing table/bureau and shelf over. Mirror, laundry basket and chair.
SNUG: Small sofa, TV on table.
KITCHEN and BATHROOM: Shared with landlady.
GARDEN: Use of garden and furniture in the summer months.
PARKING: Own space at back of house.
UTILITY BILLS: All inclusive except for landline.

There are smoke alarms on ground and first floor and a carbon monoxide alarm in the kitchen. My boiler is serviced annually with certification available.

My house is situated 10 minutes walking distance to Eastleigh main line station and town centre. It is on several major bus routes. Easy access to M3, M27 and Southampton Airport.

I live in a Victorian house that is well looked after and I have made it as comfortable as possible, so I’m looking for a trustworthy, reliable and tidy person. Thank you for looking!
