We have a superb, extra large double bedroom with own allocated bathroom becoming available in a modern spacious house in Eastleigh.

This room is suitable for a couple (a 2nd occupant fee does apply).

Parking is a choice of an off-road space (monthly charge applies) or permit parking space (by application directly to Eastleigh Council).

The house is very well located, in a quiet street within a 2 minute walking distance to Eastleigh town centre. Off or on-road permit parking space is available.

There are great transport links; railway station, bus depot & Southampton airport with the M3 & M27 motorway links also just minutes away. London Waterloo can be reached by train in just 1 hour 15 minutes.
